Job Overview

We are hiring 2 full-time Front Cashiers for our Guizhou Sour Soup Hot Pot restaurant.

Fluent Mandarin is compulsory. You will be responsible for customer greetings, seating arrangements, POS billing, payment processing, and daily sales reconciliation.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin is mandatory, with basic English and Bahasa Malaysia for daily communication.

• Restaurant cashier or F&B front desk experience is preferred.

• Fresh candidates with a good attitude are welcome to apply.

• Meticulous, honest, and good with numbers.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Residing in the Kuala Lumpur area

• Greet customers, answer menu enquiries, and assist with seating arrangements.

• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments, including Touch 'n Go and GrabPay.

• Count cash, reconcile daily sales, and prepare daily sales reports.

• Keep the cashier counter clean and tidy and manage reservation enquiries.

• Assist the front service team during peak hours.

• Follow established SOPs and report to the Store Manager.
