Job Responsibilities
Participate in structured training across F&B operations, including service, kitchen coordination, cashiering and daily outlet operations.
Learn and assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Support outlet managers in staff scheduling, attendance, manpower allocation and daily task assignments.
Assist in monitoring service quality, food quality, hygiene and outlet cleanliness.
Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving operational issues professionally.
Assist with stock control, inventory checks, ordering and wastage monitoring.
Learn and monitor daily sales, costs, expenses and basic outlet performance.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety requirements and workplace regulations.
Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new outlet staff.
Prepare basic operational reports and provide feedback on outlet performance and improvement areas.
Take on increasing responsibilities as part of the management development programme.
Be prepared to work at different outlets when required for training and operational support.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business Management, F&B Management or related fields preferred.
Candidates with relevant F&B experience are welcome to apply.
Strong interest in developing a career in F&B management.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
Comfortable working shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.

The Management Trainee will undergo practical training in different areas of F&B operations and gradually take on supervisory and management responsibilities.
