Position: Venture Capital Associate

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are seeking a Venture Capital Principal/Associate to join our Singapore team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in deal execution, portfolio management, and supporting the firm's investment activities globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full investment process, including deal screening, due diligence, financial modelling, and investment presentation
• Conduct comprehensive market and technology research, as well as competitive analysis in target sectors
• Support portfolio companies post-investment
• Identify emerging trends and technologies within AI, Semiconductor, Robotic and Deep Tech spaces
• Develop and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts
• Represent AICONIC VENTURES at tech events and conferences in Asia.

Qualifications

For Associate Level:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in tech companies or AI/Deep Tech research
• Demonstrated interest in deep tech, AI, and semiconductor technologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Basic understanding of term sheets and deal structures (but not required)
