Job Summary
Manage daily Cafe (traditional cafe) operations to deliver excellent customer service, supervise and schedule staff effectively, control stock and costs, and maintain hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow and maintain high service quality
Supervise staff and create schedules to optimize team performance and ensure adequate coverage
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and promptly resolve customer feedback to enhance satisfaction
Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize cafe profitability
Enforce hygiene and safety standards to comply with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe environment
Adapt to fast-paced work conditions while maintaining operational efficiency
Work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support continuous business operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Apply hands-on experience in the food and beverage (traditional cafe) industry to improve operational outcomes
Demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members effectively
Utilize effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and customers for smooth operations
