• SPM, certificate or diploma; manufacturing, warehouse or machine-operation experience is useful but not essential.

• Able to perform factory-based work and handle materials safely.

• Basic computer, record-keeping and numerical ability.

• Willing to learn multiple production processes and follow written procedures.

• Assist with production planning, job preparation, material staging and finished-goods movement.

• Support printing, rewinding, inspection, packing or other assigned manufacturing operations after training.

• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area using 5S principles.

• Report shortages, damage, machine abnormalities and quality concerns immediately.
