Job Responsibilities:
Nursing assessment
Patient education
Initiation of dialysis, patient and machine monitoring during dialysis, and termination of the dialysis procedure
Maintain accurate nursing records.
Nursing intervention to prevent complications, decreasing the need for hospitalisations
Assist patients in achieving rehabilitative potential
Requirements
SNB registered.
Minimum Diploma in Nursing with renal nursing experience
Advanced Diploma in Nephrology would be advantageous
Working Location at Ghim Moh Centre
