岗位职责
1. B2B Sales & Solution Proposal
Understand customer requirements and recommend customised landscaping and greenery solutions.
Conduct site visits to assess project scope, site conditions, and customer needs.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions for landscaping projects and maintenance contracts.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to secure new business while maintaining profitability.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell gardening products, organic soil solutions, compost, and other relevant services.
2. Account Management & Relationship Building
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, property managers, facilities managers, developers, and contractors.
Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for contract renewals, additional projects, and service expansion.
Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries, and outstanding proposals to improve conversion rates.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and maintain service quality.
3. Project Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with landscaping and operations teams to ensure smooth project handover and implementation.
Monitor project timelines, installation schedules, maintenance arrangements, and customer requirements.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure agreed deliverables are met.
Support commercial discussions and variations when project requirements change.
4. Market Development & Sales Performance
Identify emerging market opportunities in sustainable landscaping, urban greenery, and environmentally friendly gardening solutions.
Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, quotations, and pipeline forecasts.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, business opportunities, and market development activities.
