Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of import and export air shipment including Hong Kong license application

• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders and warehouse partners to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products

• Prepare monthly logistics reports

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper records of shipments and inventory transactions

• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Secondary education or equivalent

• 2 years working experience in trading company, preferable in logistics field

• Experience in using Oracle and Tradelink is preferred

• Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and 中文輸入法

• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Able to work independently and willing to learn

• Immediately available is preferred
