Ardent Educational Consultants Sdn Bhd (ArdentEdu) specializes in developing modules and products for science, technology, engineering, mathematics, computational thinking education, and other subjects for educational institutions including the Ministry of Education and schools.

Role Description

This is an full time role as a Program Executive based in Setapak. The Program Executive will be responsible for a crucial role in organizing and managing the various parts of an event management, programs, workshop and road tour.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in planning and executing special events, workshops, or seminars
• Responsible for writing content for the program's posters, website content and registration system content.
• Responsible for sending the program invitation letter to all schools in Malaysia.
• Responsible for assisting registration and managing the registration database for programs.
• Collaborating on ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
• Responsible for managing the program and event procedure from beginning to end.
• Responsible for researching current market conditions for students to join events.
• Responsible for monitoring, managing and budgeting competition plans and projects
• To perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content.
• Disseminating promotional content to increase awareness and participation.
• Providing support in marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in program development and coordination
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of educational technologies and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Education, STEM, or related field
• Passion for education and learning

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
