Job Description

• Follow warehouse safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping in accordance with 5S practices.
• Perform daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations, putaway, picking, and cycle counting.
• Conduct visual quality checks and report any shipment discrepancies or non-conformities.
• Perform stocktaking, material handling, and documentation control to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure warehouse records and documents are accurate and submitted on time.
• Support the Supervisor in achieving operational KPIs and daily targets.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform photography of goods and assist with truck loading activities.
• Liaise with external parties when required.
• Handle goods weighing approximately 15–20 kg when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or storekeeping experience.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is an advantage.
• Experience operating a reach truck.
• A forklift or heavy forklift licence is an advantage. Candidates who are willing to learn may be considered, as training can be provided.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
