任职资格
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, automation, packaging machinery, or food processing industries.
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.
- Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
- Possess a valid driving licence.
岗位职责
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation.
- Oversee fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, FAT, and SAT activities.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
- Prepare project progress reports and attend project review meetings.
- Support customer technical discussions and project-related issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and project management procedures.
