Job Summary

Lead construction site operations and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule adherence while managing stakeholder communications and procurement.

Responsibilities

Oversee all site activities and supervise field teams to maintain quality and safety standards throughout project execution

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet contract specifications

Coordinate effectively with clients, builders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to align project goals and resolve issues

Monitor work progress and deliver regular, detailed updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making

Prepare accurate progress reports, payment claims, safety reports, and material purchase requests to support project administration

Manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of all required tasks

Handle procurement of materials, parts, and equipment to maintain project continuity and quality

Conduct site surveys and maintain comprehensive project documentation for compliance and reference

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project to support project planning and reporting

Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude to foster a productive work environment
