Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or related fields.
  • Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Confident in cold calling, meeting clients and developing new business.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings.

岗位职责

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate events and experiential marketing.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking and client visits.
  • Arrange appointments and present company services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up on enquiries, negotiate with clients and secure confirmed projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline reports.
