We are looking for an experienced Rewards & Performance Management professional to join Group Human Resources, AmBank Group and play a key role in strengthening our Total Rewards and Performance Management agenda.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning market insights, data and rewards expertise into meaningful people strategies.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead compensation benchmarking, remuneration analysis and rewards analytics
• Support salary reviews, incentive programmes and rewards planning
• Review and optimise employee benefits to enhance value and cost effectiveness
• Drive key aspects of the annual performance management cycle
• Manage Executive Share Schemes and long-term incentive programmes
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Strengthen rewards governance, policies, controls and regulatory compliance
• Lead rewards-related projects, process improvements and digitalisation initiatives
• Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Risk, Compliance and business leaders

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management or related HR functions
• Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, benefits, rewards analytics and performance management
• Exposure to executive remuneration, share schemes or long-term incentives would be advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Experience in a large and/or regulated organisation would be an added advantage
