Responsibilities

Manage the development and enhancement of ZingKey’s HR SaaS products based on business and customer requirements.
Collaborate with customers, Sales, and Implementation teams to understand HR processes, operational needs, and system requirements.
Prepare product requirements, PRDs, process flows, prototypes, and functional specifications for new features and enhancements.
Work closely with UI/UX, Development, and QA teams throughout the development and testing process.
Monitor product development progress and ensure features are delivered according to requirements.
Support the development of HR modules including Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Shift, Benefits, and Onboarding.
Review customer feedback, market developments, and competitor products to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in product roadmap, release planning, and feature prioritisation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS, or enterprise software products.
Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required.
Strong understanding of requirement analysis, business processes, and system workflows.
Ability to independently prepare PRDs, process flows, and product prototypes.
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.

Added Advantage

Experience with HRMS, HCM, Payroll, or ERP products.
Familiarity with Singapore HR, Payroll, CPF, Leave, and Attendance processes.
Experience with B2B SaaS, multi-tenant systems, or complex enterprise software.
Previous experience in Implementation, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Software Consulting.
