Join our opening kitchen team and create nourishing food with Southeast Asian flavours, quality ingredients and thoughtful cooking from scratch.
Your Role
Prepare dishes with consistent quality, portions and presentation.
Manage your section and support daily kitchen operations.
Assist with recipe testing and menu development.
Maintain high hygiene standards, manage stock and minimise food waste.
About You
Possesses a Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 Certification.
Relevant experience in a café or restaurant kitchen.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and pride in your work.
Reliable, organised and supportive of your teammates.
Interested in whole foods and developing your skills alongside our Head Chef and culinary mentor.
Working schedule
Weekday shifts, with Saturday work when required.
