Our client is looking for someone who can be in-charge of cold calling of leads for the introduction of corporate/employee benefits, personal insurance, and gather clientele.

• Keep track of calendar appointments
• Cold calling of leads for the introduction of corporate/employee benefits, personal insurance, and gather clientele
• Keep, update, and maintain a database of leads as well as follow up appointments
• Formulate creative ways of conversing with potential leads over the phone to entice follow up appointments
• Liaise with managers to follow up with successful leads
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Expectations of Candidate:

• Minimum local diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Proactiveness
• Strong organisational skills
• Good listening skills and can display patience and empathy when dealing with leads
• Possesses persuasive skills and eagerness to achieve set KPIs
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Fast learner with a passion for over the phone interactions
• Commitment period of more than one month

• 450 Alexandra Road (Nearest MRT @ Labrador Park - Circle Line)
