Job Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia with strong verbal communication skills.

• Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• Passionate about fashion, women's activewear, fitness, or social media.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with online audiences.

• Basic sales skills and willingness to learn product presentation and selling techniques.

• Able to work independently and cooperate with the livestream team.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow assigned livestream schedules.

• Willing to work on selected evenings, weekends, or promotional campaign days when scheduled.

• Previous experience in TikTok LIVE, Shopee LIVE, retail sales, or content creation is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without livestream experience are welcome to apply.

• Must be able to work on-site in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

• Must have legal authorization to work in Malaysia.

**Additional Advantages:**

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop features and promotional campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Host daily TikTok LIVE sessions to promote and sell FUYOGI women's activewear, including yoga leggings, sportswear, and fitness apparel.

• Present products confidently and explain their features, materials, sizing, comfort, and styling options.

• Actively engage with viewers, answer product inquiries, and create an enjoyable livestream shopping experience.

• Introduce ongoing promotions, discounts, vouchers, and special offers to encourage purchases.

• Guide customers through the purchasing process and support sales conversion during livestream sessions.

• Prepare products, livestream talking points, and promotional information before each session.

• Work closely with the livestream operations team to improve viewer engagement, product presentation, and overall sales performance.

• Participate in livestream training, product knowledge sessions, and performance reviews.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude during livestream sessions.

• Follow assigned schedules and support major TikTok shopping campaigns when required.
