Roles &Responsibilities

·               Manage and oversee the entire operation

·               Deliver superior customer services andensure customer satisfaction

·               Plan and develop customer loyaltyprograms

·               Plan new and update existing companypolicy

·               Develop the overall marketing strategy

·               Respond efficiently to customer questionsand complaints

·               Organize and supervise shifts
