The Wolfpack operates across content, community, consumer brands, events and strategic partnerships. From managing brand campaigns and sponsorship activations to supporting large-scale events and content projects, our Account Management team sits at the centre of execution, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and results.

We're looking for organised, proactive and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working with different teams and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts, campaigns and projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and internal workflows.
• Act as the link between clients and internal teams including creative, content, partnerships and operations.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, meeting notes and reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support sponsorship activations, brand campaigns and event-related projects where required.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Ensure excellent client experience across all touchpoints.

Who We're Looking For

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Resourceful, proactive and solutions-oriented.
• Enjoys working with both clients and internal teams.
• Prior agency, client servicing or project management experience is a bonus, but not required.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
