This role owns Mutu Case's sales performance across all channels. You will work closely with the Founder to set sales targets, design promotional mechanics, and ensure every channel is performing profitably. You will coordinate with the Live Host Lead, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive revenue and hit targets.

We are looking for someone who understands how sales really work. The right candidate knows pricing, margins, and promotions inside out, and can look at a set of numbers and know what to do next, not just report them.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to own the sales engine of a growing Malaysian brand and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

In this role, your responsibilities are:

• Sales Target Setting & Governance: Work with the Founder to set monthly and quarterly sales targets for each channel (Live, E-commerce, Offline). Cascade targets to channel owners and track performance against them.
• Commercial Strategy & Mechanics: Design discount structures, bundle offers, and promotional mechanics across all platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, events). Ensure all mechanics are aligned with brand positioning and margin requirements.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Own the reporting framework. Track sales performance against targets across all channels. Provide the Founder with a unified, accurate view of commercial health.
• Channel Coordination: Work with the Live Host Lead to align live selling strategies with overall promotions. Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams on campaign execution. Liaise with Operations on stock and fulfilment.
• Trade Spend & Budget Management: Manage the overall sales and promotion budget. Track trade spend, discounts, and platform charges to ensure profitability.
• Process & Governance: Establish clear SOPs for pricing, promotions, and sales operations to ensure consistency and prevent margin leakage.
• Competitor & Market Monitoring: Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and channel strategies. Identify opportunities and threats and recommend action.

This position requires:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in sales management, trade marketing, commercial operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and promotional mechanics.
• Strong commercial sense that understands pricing, margins, and promotional ROI.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across teams without direct authority.
• A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
