We are representing a privately backed investment and infrastructure platform with a growing focus on digital infrastructure opportunities across Asia.

The Group is recruiting a Head of Project Development to drive local development, manage key stakeholders and lead government relations for a major digital infrastructure initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead local development activities and stakeholder engagement for major digital infrastructure projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with state and local government authorities, regulatory bodies and relevant agencies.
• Coordinate land-related matters, permitting, planning approvals and local development requirements.
• Work closely with technical, engineering and external advisory teams to facilitate project delivery.
• Manage relationships with local partners, contractors and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve regulatory, commercial and execution challenges throughout the project development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Established professional network within Malaysia, with a strong understanding of local government processes and business practices.
• Experience in data centre development, digital infrastructure or related large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven involvement in government engagement, permitting, project approvals or local development coordination.
• Commercially minded, resourceful and capable of operating independently in an international business environment.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.
