任职资格

 

 

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Retail or related field. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn. 
  • Able to work in a retail environment and on shift basis. 
  • Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays. 
  • Proactive, responsible and able to work in a team.

岗位职责

 

 

  1. Store Operations
    Assist in managing daily outlet operations and ensure smooth store activities.
  2. Team & Staff Management
    Support the Branch Manager in supervising staff, attendance, performance and daily tasks.
  3. Sales & Customer Service
    Assist in achieving sales targets and ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
  4. Management Development
    Gain hands-on experience in different areas of retail management and prepare for future leadership opportunities within the company.
