Aisara Healthcare is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to plan, produce and manage engaging content for our healthcare support services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
• Film and edit short-form videos, reels and other social media content.
• Develop content ideas, captions and posting schedules.
• Help manage social media pages and respond professionally to comments and enquiries.
• Monitor content performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.
• Work with the team to support campaigns, events and day-to-day promotional activities.
• Handle all content respectfully and protect client privacy.

Requirements

• Creative, dependable and comfortable sharing ideas.
• Interested in social media, content creation and digital marketing.
• Able to film and edit short videos using a smartphone and editing apps.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating on-camera content.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• A portfolio or examples of previous content are welcome.
