Job Responsibilities
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
.
Conduct and coordinate
risk assessments
with business units and project teams to identify, assess and manage key risks.
Track risk mitigation actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
Review and strengthen
internal controls, policies and business processes
.
Support
compliance monitoring
to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with
internal and external audits
, including audit documentation, coordination and follow-up on findings.
Prepare
risk, compliance and management reports
with accurate and timely documentation.
Maintain records of risk assessments, compliance activities, audit findings and lessons learned.
Support other risk, compliance and governance initiatives as required.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Risk Management
or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience
in risk management, compliance, governance, internal controls, audit or a related function.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different functions.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in
ERM, compliance, internal controls or audit
will be an advantage.
