岗位职责

Plan, supervise, and coordinate building construction activities.
Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed according to project schedules and specifications.
Review construction drawings and technical documents.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Inspect completed work and resolve technical or construction issues.
Prepare project reports and maintain construction records.
Support the timely completion of construction projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction.
Knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related engineering software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
