Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics or shipping operations (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of export and import shipments, shipping procedures, and customs clearance processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage clerical and administrative tasks related to warehousing, logistics operations, inventory management, and case report preparation.
• Coordinate daily truck arrangements for local distribution and delivery activities.
• Oversee documentation and reporting for assigned projects.
• Prepare and manage billing for project-related customers.
• Monitor delivery conditions and coordinate the pickup of returned cargo as requested by customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management.
