You'll own organic social for a portfolio of client accounts and for PULSE's own brand. That means planning the content, getting it made, publishing it, reading the numbers and telling clients what's working. This role suits someone who has run accounts end to end and is comfortable talking to clinic owners and doctors directly.

What you'll do

• Plan and run monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn for multiple clients at once
• Write captions, hooks and short-form video scripts, and brief designers and videographers on shoots and edits
• Make sure every medical and aesthetic post complies with Singapore's MOH healthcare advertising rules (no testimonials, before-and-after misuse or unverifiable claims)
• Work with the paid media team so organic content supports Meta and Google campaigns, including picking posts worth boosting
• Track performance and put together monthly client reports that explain results and next steps clearly
• Handle community management: comments, DMs and flagging leads to clients quickly
• Produce content for PULSE's own channels and Marcus's founder content on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Use AI tools (Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Claude, CapCut and similar) to speed up production without the output looking AI-made
• Coach junior executives and interns, review their work before it goes to clients

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years in social media management, ideally with some agency experience handling several brands at once
• A portfolio of accounts you've grown or campaigns you've run, with numbers to show for it
• Strong written English; Mandarin is a plus for some client audiences
• Good grasp of short-form video: what makes a hook work, pacing, trends worth jumping on and ones to skip
• Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, basic analytics and scheduling tools
• Healthcare or aesthetics experience and familiarity with MOH advertising rules is a strong advantage
• Organised enough to juggle multiple client deadlines without dropping things, and confident enough to push back on a client when a request won't work

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
