We are hiring Part-Time Community Outreach Executive to support customer service and centre operations at various locations across Singapore!

Salary:


$13/hr - Weekdays
$14/hr- Weekends


Working Hours:


8.30am - 6.00pm, Monday to Saturday; or
9.30am - 6.00pm, Monday to Sunday Approximately 2-3 shifts per week, weekdays + weekends only

Working hours and shifts will be assigned based on operational requirements.

Job Duties:


Welcome and assist members of the public at the centre
Provide assistance with digital access to government services
Respond to general enquiries and provide appropriate information
Gather and record customer feedback
Support centre operations, events and administrative activities
Report incidents or safety concerns when necessary
Maintain a safe, welcoming and pleasant environment for members of the public


Job Requirements:


Good customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using digital devices and online platforms
Able to stand and interact with members of the public for extended periods
Responsible, approachable and able to work independently
Able to commit to weekend shifts
