岗位职责
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily food processing operations to ensure smooth production.
Develop and improve food processing methods to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Monitor food production processes, including ingredient preparation, processing, packaging, and storage.
Ensure food products meet company quality standards and comply with food safety and hygiene requirements.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished food products.
Identify production issues and recommend solutions to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Coordinate with production workers to ensure proper operation and maintenance of food processing equipment.
Maintain production records, quality inspection reports, and processing documentation.
Assist in developing standard operating procedures for food processing and quality control.
Ensure the production area and equipment are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.
We are a licensed employment agency specializing in foreign manpower recruitment. We are MOM-Licensed, and we have a Comprehensive Licence (non-FDW) allowing us to place Local Workers or Foreign Workers.
