Location: Tuas

1 Year contract, renewable

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering goods and materials based on operational requirements.

Prepare and process

Purchase Orders (PO)

and

Delivery Orders (DO)

accurately and in a timely manner.

Prepare and send

Request for Quotations (RFQ)

to suppliers and follow up on quotations, pricing and availability.

Liaise with suppliers to coordinate orders, deliveries and any purchasing-related matters.

Assist in maintaining proper records of purchase orders, quotations, delivery documents and inventory transactions.

Perform

basic inventory reconciliation

by checking stock records against physical inventory and identifying discrepancies.

Assist with stock monitoring and ensure inventory records are kept accurate and up to date.

Support the team with general purchasing, inventory and administrative duties as required.
