岗位职责

Retail Marketing

Plan, coordinate and execute offline retail marketing campaigns and promotions across retail outlets.
Develop and implement marketing activities to drive store traffic, customer engagement and sales.
Coordinate with retail teams to ensure campaigns and promotions are executed according to plan.
Support the planning of new product launches, seasonal campaigns, festive promotions and retail activations.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
Conduct regular store visits to evaluate marketing execution and identify areas for improvement.
Research competitors and retail trends to identify new offline marketing opportunities.

Visual Merchandising

Plan and execute visual merchandising concepts for retail stores, ensuring the brand image and guidelines are consistently maintained.
Develop store displays, product presentation, promotional areas, POSM and other in-store visual materials.
Ensure product displays are attractive, organised and aligned with campaign objectives.
Coordinate the setup and refresh of window displays, promotional displays, shelves, counters and campaign areas.
Work closely with designers and external vendors to produce marketing and visual merchandising materials.
Conduct regular store checks to ensure all visual merchandising materials are properly installed and maintained.
Provide clear VM guidelines and execution instructions to retail teams.

Campaign & Event Support

Coordinate offline marketing activations, pop-ups, roadshows and in-store events.
Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, logistics and on-ground execution.
Work closely with internal teams including Retail, E-commerce, Creative, Operations and Sales to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Coordinate marketing materials, product displays, promotional mechanics and other campaign requirements.

Marketing Materials & Coordination

Brief and coordinate with the creative team on artwork and marketing materials required for retail campaigns.
Manage the production and delivery of POSM, standees, banners, posters, shelf talkers, wobblers and other offline materials.
Ensure all marketing materials are delivered to stores accurately and within the required timeline.
Maintain proper records of marketing materials, store requirements and campaign execution.
