Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of food items for the buffet counter, a-la-cart order and room service order

Ensure the food storage and ingredients and cooking in compliance with standards

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hotel / club kitchen with experience in kitchen management

Mature, independent and self-motivated
