Handle securities lending and borrowing (SBL) and trade affirmation activities.

Liaise with clients, counterparties, custodians and relevant stakeholders to resolve queries.

Process proxy instructions and physical share certificate deposits.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with operational procedures.

Review existing processes to improve efficiency and strengthen operational controls.

Support ad-hoc projects and operational duties as assigned.
