ARK Associates Limited, an award winning design office in architecture and interior design, requires dedicated individuals for the following posts:

Architect Requirements:

• Registered Architect in Hong Kong

• HKIA member or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years experience in project administration and co-ordination for Architect

• Well versed with local building regulations

• Good at detailing and working drawings

• Good design sense and experience in design will be a plus

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other graphic skills

• BIM knowledge will be advantageous

Architectural Assistant Requirements:

• Professional degree in Architecture: Master or Bachelor of Architecture

• Minimum one-year experience preferred

• Good all-round abilities in design, detailing and project administration

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other graphic programmes

• Good organization, communication and design skills

• Self-discipline, highly motivated, independent, responsible and able to work as a team

• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin will be a plus
