About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a portfolio of initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive delivery of business and technology initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension based on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, requirements, and delivery plans.
• Drive prioritisation discussions and manage competing demands across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and provide regular status updates.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision-making sessions with stakeholders.
• Support change management, testing, and business readiness activities where required.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or a hybrid PM/BA role.
• Proven experience working in complex, cross-functional, and rapidly changing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to shape requirements, establish priorities, and drive initiatives through to completion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in commodities, mining, trading, supply chain, or commercial operations environments.
• Exposure to data, analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise application projects.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
• Any relevant certifications
