About the Role

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and Data Science to build scalable, production-grade AI solutions for Global Financial Markets. In this role, you will design agentic AI platforms, recommendation engines, retrieval systems (RAG), and predictive models to drive market intelligence, client engagement, and enterprise workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative & Agentic AI: Design AI agents, multi-agent orchestration workflows, tool-calling systems, and optimized RAG pipelines with memory, reflection, and evaluation capabilities.

• ML & Predictive Analytics: Develop and deploy predictive models for client propensity, recommendation systems, behavioral analytics, and next-best-action logic using large structured and unstructured datasets.

• Software Development & Observability: Build production-ready APIs and microservices, integrate solutions with enterprise infrastructure, and enforce monitoring, performance, and cost-efficiency standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and software teams to translate financial market challenges into scalable AI products.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or Analytics Engineer with direct experience building and deploying end-to-end ML or GenAI applications in production.

• Core Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with agentic frameworks, RAG architecture, machine learning (classification, ranking, recommendations), API development, and data pipeline orchestration.

• Execution: Strong background in feature engineering, model monitoring, prompt engineering, and performance optimization.
