Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client calls and emails, delivering prompt and professional customer support
• Prepare and process sales documentation—including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery orders—accurately and efficiently
• Support the Sales Team with key administrative tasks such as reviewing visuals, floor plans, and preparing installation reports
• Coordinate end-to-end order processing and work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects to support smooth business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels or equivalent qualification
• 1–2 years of administrative or operational experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with both colleagues and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
