Position: Admin

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: RM 1,800 to RM 3,000

Responsibilities:

• To support end-to-end office administrative duties.
• Experienced in office equipment purchase
• Establish and maintain an organized documentation control process that ensures efficient storage and retrieval of information.
• Manage procurement within the admin department.
• Ensure all office equipment and property are well maintained and accounted for, including contract review.
• Undertake special projects to help improve processes, create work efficiencies, and benefit the organization, including planning, coordinating, communicating, executing, and monitoring results.
• Ensure daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, correspondences, coordination, and follow-up on pending matters, are completed efficiently.
• To greet students and parents at drop off and pick up
• Other Ad hoc duties if needed

Job Requirements:

• Candidate need to be familiar with licensing for preschool involving MOE and JKM.
• Responsible, meticulous and possessing good working, self-proactive, initiative and motivated attitudes
• Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

• Candidate must be willing to work at Kuala Lumpur area
