Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day member and third-party service provider (TPSP) helpdesk operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our financial institution members and their TPSPs on service-related enquiries.
• Handle and resolve enquiries relating to third-party risk reports, report interpretation, system access and service requests.
• Provide support to members and TPSPs and liaise with other internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex issues in the event of any technical queries or assistance.
• Log, investigate, track and close incidents and requests in accordance with defined SLAs and service standards.
• Support operational readiness and business continuity and disaster recovery exercise where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, service quality and risk control.
• Any other ad-hoc duties required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, IT or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in financial services, banking or regulatory industry.
• Possess good stakeholder management, organisational, coordination and communication skills.
• Experience or sound understanding in financial services industry, engaging financial institutions or third-partyservice providers is highly advantageous.
