Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related within beauty salon industry preferred for this position.

Excellent knowledge of the programmes and treatments.

Good knowledge in Theorical of Body and Face, Aesthetic.

Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.

Required language (s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia

Full-Time position available

Develop branch’s business by imparting appropriate selling/ communication skills training to Beauty consultants, Beautician and supervising them

Knowledge of the programmes and treatments, consultation.

To develop a motivated sales team through leadership, managerial and Hands On skills

Guide and lead groups of trainers and provide training efficiency

Provide Motivation Training in all training Subject. To increase the company sales target and improve the company images.

Develop Innovative Treatment Packages and Services combined with new effectiveness products to enhance company services.

Guide them to improve their attitude & skills for future career advancement.

Communicate with Marketing Department no treatment with an attractive advertisement.

Ensure staffs are properly attired and branch is in a hygienic condition to project a professional image
