Sales Manager Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and analyse sales results.
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and training.
• Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and key accounts when required.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Work closely with management and other departments to improve sales and business performance.
• Ensure company sales policies and procedures are followed.
