. Job Summary
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily officeactivities by managing company transport, office assets and supplies,facilities, pantry services, company accommodation, vendor coordination,business travel, and general administrative support. The role is responsiblefor maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and well-equipped workingenvironment for all employees while ensuring that General Affairs (GA) operationsare carried out efficiently and cost-effectively.

E. Vendor and Contract Management
F. Company Accommodation Management
G. Payments and Expense Administration
H. Business Travel and Logistics

3. Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma in any discipline; Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field would be an advantage.
Relevant experience in General Affairs, office administration, facilities coordination, procurement administration, or vendor management would be an advantage.
Good organisational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees, vendors, landlords, property agents, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
Able to manage competing priorities and follow up on outstanding matters in a timely and systematic manner.
