Minimum qualification: Certificate, STPM, Diploma or above.

Preferably Johor Bahru based or residing within the surrounding area.

Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

Experience in sales, retail or customer service is preferred.

Knowledge or experience in tiles, building materials or related industries is an added advantage.

Able to communicate with customers in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Proactive, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision.

Candidates with leadership experience or potential to take on greater responsibilities are encouraged to apply.

Fresh graduates interested in building a career in retail showroom sales are encouraged to apply.

Location: Eco Business Park 1, Tebrau / Bandar Dato’ Onn

Attend to walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders and follow-ups.

Explain product details, pricing and promotions clearly to customers.

Build and maintain good customer relationships to generate sales and repeat business.

Develop good knowledge of tiles, product specifications and applications.

Work towards individual and branch sales targets.

Assist with daily showroom and branch operations.

Take initiative in daily tasks and work closely with the team to ensure smooth branch operations.
