What You'll Do

• Process new life and health insurance applications, including client account creation, policy setup and initial premium billing.
• Verify application details and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Handle client profile updates, including changes to personal particulars, contact details and returned correspondence.
• Ensure policy issuance and transactions comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely correspondence for policyholders and advisers.
• Support daily operational activities to meet service-level agreements, productivity targets and quality standards.
• Work closely with the team to facilitate the smooth and timely processing of new insurance applications across distribution channels.

What We're Looking For

• Candidates with administrative experience in the banking or insurance industry will have an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and documentation.
• Good organisational, communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to manage tasks within tight deadlines.
• Comfortable following established procedures and working in a compliance-driven environment.
