The position will provide strategic EHS leadership, governance, assurance, and operational support across capital projects delivered covering the APAC region.

The Lead HSE Manager will work closely with client stakeholders, T&T account leadership, project managers, contractors and regional delivery teams to ensure compliance with the EHS requirements and Turner & Townsend standards.

• Lead EHS governance across the APAC project portfolio.
• Develop and implement EHS strategies, procedures, and assurance programs.
• Conduct project EHS reviews, audits, inspections, and readiness assessments.
• Support project teams in closing EHS risks, findings, and compliance gaps.
• Act as primary interface with EHS stakeholders and client representatives.
• Review contractor EHS plans, documentation, and project readiness packages.
• Monitor portfolio-wide EHS performance, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a positive safety culture.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on EHS requirements.

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline, with a recognized professional EHS certification.
• Minimum 10 years of EHS experience in construction, industrial, semiconductor, or other mission-critical environments, preferably with regional experience.
• Proven expertise in contractor safety management, EHS governance, compliance auditing, and risk management programs.
• Experience leading client-facing EHS engagements and managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple countries and project teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and advise senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly accountable, with a strong governance mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative team player with a strong ownership mentality and leadership presence.
