岗位职责
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Spare Parts Department.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of spare parts receipts, issues, returns, and withdrawals.
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
Receive, unpack, inspect, and store materials and spare parts.
Check and store spare parts and accessories in their correct locations.
Report damaged items and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.
Issue and receive spare parts and accessories to/from technicians and contractors through SAP & Salesforce.
Perform routine stock checks and cycle inventory counts.
Assist with inventory data entry and maintenance in SAP.
Assist with raising purchase orders when instructed by the Manager.
Liaise with DHL regarding shipment of spare parts.
Pack defective parts/products for return to factories.
Raise and monitor goods exchange transactions.
Maintain the inventory/warehouse area in a safe, clean, and organized condition.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Requirements
Previous experience in administration, inventory, warehouse, logistics, or spare parts will be an advantage.
Experience using SAP & Salesforce is preferred.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with technicians, contractors and Customer Service.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Physically able to handle and organize spare parts/materials when required.
5 days work week / annual leave / medical benefits / bonus
