Human Resources Business Partner (Leading European MNC)

About the Company

Our client is an established multinational with a significant presence in Singapore. They are looking for a hands-on HR professional to lead People & Culture operations and support a diverse workforce in a fast-paced, international environment.

Job Scope

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and deliver a consistent employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations and employment matters.
• Manage Singapore employment compliance, including MOM requirements, documentation and audit readiness.
• Oversee employment administration, work passes, global mobility and employee movements.
• Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, data quality and service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong HR operations experience within a multinational environment.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations and work pass processes.
• Experience handling employee relations, HR compliance and the full employee lifecycle with minimal supervision.
• Sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities and work through ambiguity.
• Ability to take initiatives and think out of the box
• Experience in a project-based or operationally complex environment would be an advantage.
