  • Greet customers, understand their needs, and help close sales

  • Keep sales records, stock counts, and account reconciliation up to date

  • Handle goods receiving, product display, restocking, returns, and after-sales support

  • Keep the assigned store area clean and presentable

  • Assist with other duties as assigned by store management
