Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.

Min 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, E-Commerce or a related role.

Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities, preferably in E-Commerce or retail.

Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and E-Commerce promotional strategies.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Good project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing, social media and analytics tools.

Experience with E-Commerce platforms, online advertising or marketplace platforms will be an advantage.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive online sales, traffic and customer engagement.

Develop and manage the marketing calendar, including monthly promotions, festive campaigns and special promotional periods.

Coordinate with the E-Commerce team to ensure timely and effective execution of online marketing campaigns.

Manage social media platforms and coordinate promotional activities to increase brand awareness, engagement and traffic to online channels.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, online sales and other key metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and internal teams to support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Support the planning and execution of digital advertising and online promotional campaigns across relevant platforms.

Monitor competitors and E-Commerce trends to identify suitable promotional opportunities and improvements.

Prepare regular marketing and campaign performance reports for management review.

Ensure marketing activities are carried out according to the approved campaign plans, timelines and budgets.

Stay updated on digital marketing, social media and E-Commerce trends to recommend relevant marketing initiatives.
